Biography
Dirk Vos is a experienced consultant, facilitator, entrepreneur, author, and researcher with a passion for making complex ideas simple, accessible, and impactful. Over the past 15 years, he has collaborated with more than 50 organisations worldwide, bringing together strategic insight, human-centred design, and systems thinking to help teams and communities thrive.

Through his ventures, TwoCollaborate and Collaboration Campus, Dirk has trained more than 220 practitioners and personally led over 2000 collaborative sessions—guiding organisations through meaningful change and helping build the skills needed for lasting success.

Notably, Dirk co-developed Fiji’s Water Sector Strategy 2050 in partnership with the World Bank and the United Nations, uniting more than 85 organisations and hundreds of local community voices to address climate resilience and sustainable water access. He also played a central role at UNSW in creating a global Indigenous community of practice, dedicated to cultural exchange and Indigenous-led research partnerships.

Dirk’s award-winning publications—including the Change Toolkit and The Change Method Handbook—offer practical, user-friendly frameworks designed to help practitioners confidently navigate complexity.

Away from his professional commitments, Dirk is a proud father of three energetic young boys who inspire him daily to build a better future.
